Have been teaching and feel it is time to step deeper into professional training? As an IDC Staff Instructor you will be able to assist PADI Course Directors in IDC's. Also you will be able to run your own Assistant Instructor Courses. If you believe you are on the road to become a Course Director, this would be the course for you.
