Dive Outside the Box
Your Dive Concierge was created around a simple idea: scuba diving shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.
We are a Key Largo-based scuba training and coaching company specializing in personalized diver development. From someone taking their first breaths underwater to experienced divers looking to improve their skills, and all the way through Divemaster and Instructor-level training, our focus is on helping each diver become more comfortable, capable and confident in the water.
We aren't a traditional dive shop, and that's intentional.
Rather than building our programs around large classes and rigid schedules, we focus on smaller groups, individualized attention and training that can be adapted around the diver. We work with local dive centers, boats and industry partners to provide the facilities and real-world experience our divers need while maintaining the personal approach that defines Your Dive Concierge.
More Than a Certification
Getting a certification card is only one part of becoming a good diver.
We believe good scuba training should help you understand why you're doing something, not simply teach you how to complete a skill for an evaluation.
That's why coaching is incorporated into the way we teach. We spend time working on the details that make diving easier and more enjoyable: buoyancy, trim, propulsion, equipment configuration, situational awareness, communication, dive planning and overall comfort underwater.
Sometimes that happens during a course. Sometimes it happens during a dedicated coaching session. And sometimes it simply means going diving with an experienced professional who can observe what you're doing and help you refine it.
The goal is the same: help you become a better diver.
Training Built Around the Diver
Every diver comes to us with a different background and a different goal.
Some are brand-new divers who want additional time and attention during their Open Water training. Others already have hundreds of dives but want to improve a particular skill, learn a new equipment configuration, become more self-reliant or explore a different type of diving.
Our training ranges from recreational PADI courses and specialties to Rescue Diver, Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor Development Courses and continuing education for dive professionals.
We also have extensive experience in adaptive scuba training and working with divers who may require different techniques, equipment, support or approaches to traditional scuba instruction.
Instead of asking every diver to fit into the same training model, we look at the diver in front of us and determine how we can best help them succeed.
Developing Better Dive Professionals
Professional-level training is an important part of what we do.
Becoming a Divemaster or Instructor isn't just about passing evaluations. You're preparing to become responsible for other divers, students and eventually the next generation of the diving community.
Our professional programs emphasize strong diving fundamentals, teaching ability, problem solving, leadership and real-world experience.
We intentionally keep professional training personal and work with established dive centers and industry partners so candidates can gain experience in active dive operations, work from dive boats, interact with other instructors and students, and see different approaches to running safe and successful dive programs.
Our goal isn't simply to help someone become a dive professional.
It's to help develop dive professionals we would trust to take people diving.

Our team brings different strengths to the water, but we share the same philosophy: give divers the time, attention and coaching they need to grow.
