DIVEHEART TRAINING PROGRAMS
Diveheart Adaptive Diver Programs
This certification is for those that need a little extra help to complete their Open Water Diver course due to some type of disability. It doesn't mean they cannot dive, we just take them down another route to make sure they can properly enjoy their time in the water.

Diveheart Adaptive Dive Buddy
During this course, you are trained on how to work in water with people who are blind, amputees, paraplegic and quadriplegic. You also receive empathy training through the online learning and classroom portion for different cognitive disabilities.

Prerequisites: OWD with 20 logged dives, proficient in scuba skills including buoyancy control CPR & First Aid certifications, 15 years or older, and good medical condition,

Diveheart Advanced Adaptive Dive Buddy
During this course, you build on the skills that you learned during the ADB training, add challenge skills to each impairment training, and also start training with the use of Full Face Mask.

Prerequisites: Rescue Diver or higher with 40 logged dives, Adaptive Dive Buddy, current CPR & First Aid certifications, 30 dives with an Adaptive Diver assisting with the 4 key scuba skills, and good medical condition

Diveheart Adaptive Dive Instructor
Being able to teach Diveheart Programs can be one of the most rewarding experiences during your diving career. During this course, we help you understand how to adapt and pass the knowledge you possess of scuba diving to people with different types of disabilities.
